A mobile business needed a clearer local presence.
The Well Company brings IV therapy and aesthetics services to its customers. Its digital presence needed to make that offer clear: what the team provides, where it travels, and how someone can arrange a visit.
The original website made visitors work to find those answers. The homepage did not lead with Temecula, services were presented like store products, and local service areas lacked dedicated pages. Incomplete business information and fragmented Yelp listings added to the gap between the service the team offered and what customers could find online.
We approached the redesign as a connected customer journey: help people discover the business, understand whether the service fits, and make it easy to book.
Connect discovery to the next step.
Make the business easier to find and understand
We rebuilt the website with a clear mobile-service introduction, dedicated service and city pages, and FAQs. We also set up and optimized Google Business Profile and Yelp, helping local customers discover the business and understand what it offers across search and business listings.
Give customer inquiries a clear place to go
We added a website contact form so prospective customers can share their contact details and ask a question. The form gives the team a straightforward way to receive inquiries from people exploring their services.
Connect the website to the scheduling tool they already use
We integrated their existing Acuity scheduling tool with the website and added clear booking links throughout the experience. Customers have a direct route to schedule, while the team continues managing appointments and availability in Acuity.
Put post-appointment review requests on autopilot
We automated a branded Google review request email to send one day after each appointment through Acuity. The team can keep asking for reviews without remembering to send each request manually.
