Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using usebassline.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Services

Bassline Labs provides growth infrastructure services including website design and development, email and SMS automation, CRM setup, referral systems, advertising management, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

One-time project fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month. Retainers are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom work product created for your business including website code, designs, and copy. Bassline Labs retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Bassline Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
