1. Scope
These terms apply to your use of usebassline.com and requests for Bassline beta access. They do not grant access to an unreleased platform or plugin, create a paid subscription, or replace a separately accepted agreement for a product, beta program or consulting service. Applicable product terms and charges will be provided before you accept that offer. Our Privacy Policy at https://usebassline.com/privacy explains how we handle personal information; reading it does not enroll you in unrelated marketing.
2. Eligibility and beta access
The website and access process are intended for U.S. businesses and professionals aged 18 or older. Provide an email address you control and accurate information when requesting access. No payment is required to join. A request expresses interest and does not guarantee an invitation, a place in a particular onboarding group, a launch date, any specific feature, free credits or a price. We may limit, change, pause or close the access process.
3. Communications and your choices
We may contact you about the beta access and personalized onboarding you requested. An access request is not a subscription to general newsletters, creative tips or offers. Any broader marketing signup will explain that choice separately. You can ask us to stop access updates by emailing ramon@usebassline.com. Commercial updates will include a way to unsubscribe. Eligible new beta-access requests are automatically added to our dedicated product-access waitlist, subject to existing opt-outs and subscription preferences. Joining the waitlist does not create a paid account or automatically send a welcome email.
4. Responsible website use
Do not submit another person's address without permission, send abusive or unlawful material, introduce malicious code, interfere with the website, or bypass access controls. Do not attempt unauthorized access to reserved app or admin areas. You may use the public website to learn about Bassline and request access; this does not grant rights to resell or redistribute protected website content as a competing collection. This restriction does not remove rights or exceptions available under applicable law.
5. Website content, references and creative examples
Bassline's branding, software and original website materials belong to Bassline or its licensors. Third-party ads, images, text and marks remain subject to their owners' rights. Showing, saving, attributing or describing a reference does not itself grant permission to copy, republish, run or commercially exploit the original. These terms do not declare every reference use to be fair use, and they do not limit a lawful exception that applies to your particular use. Contact ramon@usebassline.com with a rights concern and identify the material, its location and the basis of your request.
6. Product previews and outcomes
Examples and demonstrations show creative directions and planned or developing workflows. They do not promise exact outputs, advertising approval, legal clearance, revenue or advertising performance. The presence or age of a reference ad does not establish performance. A roadmap or preview does not mean every feature is available. Before using creative work publicly, review factual claims, product accuracy, permissions and applicable platform requirements.
7. Availability and external links
We may update, suspend or discontinue the public website or access process. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its information are provided as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party material or any particular business outcome. Linked external services have their own terms and privacy practices. These provisions do not override an express commitment or a protection that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from use of this website or access process. Each party's total liability arising from these terms is limited in aggregate to the greater of USD 100 or the fees paid or owed to Bassline for the covered service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Related claims do not multiply the cap. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Nothing excludes nonwaivable privacy or consumer remedies.
9. Governing law and changes
California law governs, subject to mandatory law that otherwise applies. Please contact us first so we can try in good faith to resolve a concern, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline requires otherwise. Disputes may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue in California, subject to mandatory rights to another forum. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class proceedings. We will post updates with an effective date and give additional notice or obtain affirmative agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a pending claim or authorize undisclosed charges.
