Your Liver Doesn't Need A “Cleanse”

You've got an organ doing over 500 jobs right now and there’s a big change yours is screwed up. That organ? Your liver. But liver damage is so common that 1 in 3 Americans have liver problems and don’t even know it. Your liver processes everything you drink. It decides what your body stores and what it burns. It makes the bile that lets you digest fat. It clears out your toxins and waste. All of that is chemistry. And chemistry needs raw material. So your liver keeps a stockpile on hand. Vitamins, minerals, the whole supply, sitting there ready to be pulled. That's the part nobody tells you. Your liver is where your body stores its nutrients. Same is true for a cow. That's why beef liver is the most nutrient dense food on the planet. You're not eating muscle. You're eating a nutrient storage facility. B vitamins. Preformed vitamin A. Choline. Copper. Folate. Heme iron, Over 80 nutrients sitting in the exact form a human body was built to take in. Your great grandmother ate liver every week and never thought twice about it. Then we quit. Now people spend a hundred dollars a month on vitamins made in a factory and wonder why nothing changes. I'll be straight with you. Most people are not going to cook liver. I've been telling patients to eat it for twenty years. Almost none of them do. So here's what I tell them instead. Until you grow up and eat your liver, take Ancestral Supplements.
